ORDERING

We ask that you review your order carefully before placing to prevent any delays on processing and shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive an Order Confirmation email with your order summary.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

Domestic Orders

All prints made to order and shipped directly to you via our trusted print partner. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to be created and shipped. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order is on it's way!

International Orders

All international sales are final.

International Orders are made to order and are automatically shipped from our print partner's closest location to you, worldwide.

As the recipient, you are liable for any import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are shipping to; payment of these maybe necessary to release your order from customs on arrival.

Hey Riviera will NOT be held liable for any fees or taxes you may incur or if your product is seized by customs.

Shipping costs cover fees, packaging supplies, time, labor, and storage.  

Packaging

Our standard shipping methods for unframed paper works is either a flat double reinforced rigid mailer or a sturdy cardboard tubes - depending on your order. Prints 11x14 and smaller are wrapped in tissue and mailed in a sturdy flat mailer. Prints larger than 11x14 are rolled in tissue and shipped in a triangular cardboard tube.

Insurance

Insurance is not standard on any of our shipments, however it can be added to most orders for an additional fee.

Please Note

I am unable to ship to PO BOXES so please be sure to provide your full daytime delivery address and contact phone number.

I am also unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched, so please be sure to double check all details are entered correctly in the checkout.

If your package has been returned to us after an attempted delivery was made and your package was not collected, you will be required to pay the cost of re-delivery.

As soon as your order has been shipped you’ll get a confirmation email and tracking number for your package (if available.)

Hey Riviera retains all rights to artwork, including previously sold and commissioned original paintings. Hey Riviera retains the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork, excluding custom commissioned work.
